The charge was "littering" but when your thug life is your legacy so you will always be a thug then you stike a pose. This cat's real name is Dave and he is a permanent resident of Farview Veterinary Hospital in Independence, MO. He puts off lots of "purr"sonality and "cat"itude which was the inspiration for these original watercolor designs.
